Texas Rain

Why do Austinites suck so bad at driving in rain??? Why? I don't get it. We drink it, we bathe with it, we swim in it, we boat and ski on it. All of which we are good at. Why can't we drive in/on it? I know we don't get alot of it. Are you slowing down to take a picture of it? You guys suck! If I have to sit on 183 at 2:00Pm and stare infinite Obama stickers when there is nothing wrong other than precipitation I'm going to lose it. 35 in a 65 isn't acceptable even if the road is littered with lost toddlers. Stay on the access road if you're scared. Stay out of the fast lane. Close your eyes! Just please maintain the speed limit at a minimum.
